Terms of Service
Booking/Cancellation policy:
Your training sessions are not confirmed until full payment is received. All payments must be received 48 hours prior to the start of your training sessions. Your monthly payment is will be automatically renewed and is due every 28 days. If you would like to cancel your service, please provide a 15 day notice by sending an email to trainfastathletics.com
Session cancellation/No call no show policy:
If you need to cancel your session for any reason, please contact us at least 2 hours in advance. That session will need to be made up within that training period or that session will be forfeited. Please note that make up sessions are not guaranteed and subject to trainer availability. If cancellation is not communicated 2 hours in advance, it will be at your trainers discretion as to whether or not your session will be forfeited. If you miss your session and do not communicate with us, then that session will be forfeited.
Late policy:
If you are late for your session, you will not receive any additional training time to make up for the time missed. You will train for the remaining time you have left. If you are more than 20 min late, your session will be canceled and need to be rescheduled based on trainer availability. Out of respect for our time and our other clients, we need to remain on schedule. Please try your best to be on time for your sessions so you can receive the most out of your training.
